VUE generates various notifications to alert users of time-sensitive messages. When a user clicks the notification icon, a Manage Notifications pop-up appears, showing an Active tab and a Dismissed tab.
Receiving Notifications
- There are multiple request notification types:
Request: Click Grab to go right to the Request.
Message: Click on the highlighted RO or Deal # 
Error: Click on the highlighted Error.

Request Toast Notification appears on your screen for 7 seconds.
- Once the notification disappears, it lives in the notification bell in the Active tab to be at the top of your screen to be retrieved.
Active Tab
- Select the Active tab under the notification bell to access your request.
- Options in the Active tab:
- Request: Click Grab to go right to the Requests.
- Message: Click on the highlighted RO or Deal#
- Error: Click on highlighted Error.
- Delete: Deletes the notification.
- Dismiss: Moves to the Dismiss tab.
- Notifications not Dismissed or Deleted will be automatically Dismissed 30 days after being received.
Dismissed Tab
- Once a notification moves to the Dismissed tab, there are two options for deleting it.
- Delete All: Selecting this will Delete All notifications within the Dismissed tab.
- Delete: Selecting Delete on the notification will delete that notification only.
- Notifications that have been Dismissed are automatically removed from the system in 90 days. Contact VUE Support if you wish to change this default.
