Making a Service Contract Editable Within a Deal

VUE is a permissions-driven system that tailors security access to suit each users needs.  Access to each menu item is managed by an Administrator at your dealership.  See the Help article on  Roles and Permission to learn how.

Sales > Maintenance > Sales > Service Contracts

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the Service Contract.

2. Select a Service Contract by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the Service Contracts screen:

1. Click the User Override dropdown.

2. Select Yes from the dropdown.

3. Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.
