Making a Rebate Editable Within a Deal

VUE DMS is a permissions-driven system that tailors security access to suit each users needs.  Access to each menu item is managed by an Administrator at your dealership.  See the Help article on  Roles and Permission to learn how.

How do you enable User Override for a Rebate in VUE DMS?

To enable User Override for a Rebate in VUE DMS, navigate to Sales > Maintenance > Sales > Rebates, select the rebate from the primary grid, set the User Override dropdown to Yes, and click Save.

How do you locate a Rebate in the primary grid?

Navigate to Sales > Maintenance > Sales > Rebates.

1. Filter or sort the primary grid to locate the Rebate.

2. Select a Rebate by clicking on the corresponding line.

The selected Rebate will open in the Rebates screen.

How do you enable User Override on a Rebate?

1. Click the User Override dropdown.

2. Select Yes from the dropdown.

3. Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.
