Log Into VUE

Navigate to http:// vue.dominiondms.com

  1. Enter your Email and Password
  2. Click the [Log In] button.

 

One-time Login

  1. The first time you log in on a new device and every 30 days on your old devices, you will need to get a One-Time Login Code. The email and/or cell phone are derived from your employee record. You need access to either your email or cell service to proceed. If the email or cell phone number needs updating, report it to your administrator and try again.
    1. If you still have trouble getting an email, add no-reply@dominiondms.com to your contacts and email address book.
    2. Check your spam folder. If your email is in your spam folder be sure to click "Report Not Spam" to let your provider know.
    3. Note that if you clear the cache you will need a new One-Time Login Code and your 30-day timer restarts.
  2. Click the [Continue] button to forward the code to your email or text. The code will time out in 10 minutes. Use the Resend Code link to try again.
  3. Input the six-digit login code.
  4. Click the [Yes, remember this device] button if you are using a trusted device that you will use often.

You will be prompted to log in with a new one-time code every 30 days.

 

Forgot your Password or Passphrase?

  1. Click the Get Help link to open the Password Assistance window.
  2. Input your email address and click the [Continue] button.
  3. Use the link in the email to change your Password or Passphrase. Passwords and Passphrases must contain:
    1. At least 10 characters
    2. At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
    3. At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)

  4.  Click the [Reset Password] button.

       

Click the [Go to Login] button.
