Linking to a Customer Record (Employees)

VUE is a permissions-driven system that tailors security access to suit each users needs.  Access to each menu item is managed by an Administrator at your dealership.  See the Help article on Roles and Permission to learn how.

Accounting > Maintenance > Employees

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the employee record.

2. Select the employee by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the Employee Record:

3. Click the [Companies] button in the Action Ribbon to open the Employee Companies window.

4. Input a customer number in the Customer field and press the [Tab] or [Enter] key on the keyboard.

Click on the magnifying glass to search for a customer number using the Customer Search grid.

5. Click on the corresponding customer number.

6. Click the [OK] button.

7. Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.
