Warranty Admins and Service Managers can quickly find Op Codes by typing in a keyword. This makes the system easier to use, helps save time, and is beneficial for dealers because it matches the needs of these users in real-world situations.
Navigate To: Service > Advisor > RO
Within the Repair Order:
- Click on the relevant operation
- Navigate to the Labor tab.
- Select the [Labor Time Guide]
Within the Labor Time Guide:
- In the Op Code field, type in your keyword.
- After entering the keyword, click on Search.
- A list will appear showing all entries associated with the keyword.
- Click on the
icon, and the Labor Code will be added and displayed in the Labor Code data box
