The Inventory Value History Report is designed to provide a summary of inventory activity and valuation for a specific period. It tracks how inventory values change over time due to various activities.

Who uses this report? Parts Managers & Fixed Ops Directors 

How It’s Used 

  • Tracking Inventory Value Changes: 
    The report shows the beginning and ending inventory values. It details how inventory values are affected by sales (in parts and service), returns to the manufacturer, receipts (new inventory received), manual adjustments, and other factors. 
  • Financial Reconciliation: By listing all inventory movements and adjustments, the report helps reconcile inventory balances for accounting and audit purposes.
