Inventory Analysis Report

A Breakdown of Dealership Vehicle Inventory and Sales Data

The Inventory Analysis report provides a detailed breakdown of dealership vehicle inventory and sales data, organized by parameters such as F&I Manager assignment and contract/product specifics. It includes sections on retail deal data by finance type, penetration statistics, dealership gross income from contracts and products, and income averages per non-cash deal. 

Frequency: Monthly

Who uses it: Controller, Managers, and Dealer Principals

Why they use it: Track and review products and contracts sold in deals, and compile F&I commissions.

Navigate to:  Sales > Reports > Vehicle > Inventory Analysis

Report Parameters 

  • Standard: Will generate the data for the dealership independent of F&I Manager assigned to the deal. 
  • Sort by Manager: Will paginate the data per F&I Manager assigned to deals.
  • Summary Detail:  provides an option to view specifics on contracts and products sold in deals.
