Inputting/Adjusting the Buy Rate (Outside Sales)

How do I enter a buy rate for an outside sale?

To enter a buy rate for an outside sale, navigate to Sales > F&I > Outside Sales, locate and select the deal record, set the Finance Type to Finance, open the Lender Finance Information window via the Rate hyperlink, and enter the buy rate percentage before saving.

Navigation: Sales > F&I > Outside Sales

How do I locate the outside sale in the primary grid?

  1. In the Primary Grid, filter or sort the list to locate the Outside Sale.

  2. Click the corresponding line to open the Outside Sale record.

How do I enter the buy rate on the Outside Sales screen?

  1. Click the Finance Type dropdown and select Finance.

  2. Click the Rate hyperlink to open the Lender Finance Information window.

  3. Enter the percentage amount in the Buy Rate field.

  4. Select the OK button to save the change.

  5. Select the Save button in the Action Ribbon.
