Inputting Residualized Adds

Sales > F&I > Sales Desk

Inside the Primary Grid:

  1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the Sales Desk.

  2. Select the Sales Desk by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the Sales Desk screen:

  1. Click the MSRP hyperlink within a Lease.

  2. Click the [Add] button.

  3. Click the Description field within the grid, and input the description of the residualized add.

  4. Click the Amount field within the grid, and define the dollar amount of the residualized add.

  5. Click the Send to P&S dropdown field.

  6. Select either [Yes] or [No].

  7. Click the [OK] button.

  8. Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.

· The Send to P&S (Parts and Service) dropdown determines whether or not the residualized adds are submitted to the Parts and Service departments as Accessories Due.
