Inputting DCS ID Information

VUE is a permissions-driven system that tailors security access to suit each users needs.  Access to each menu item is managed by an Administrator at your dealership.  See the Help article on Roles and Permission to learn how.

Accounting > Maintenance > Employees

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the employee record.

2. Select the employee by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the Employee Record:

3. Within the DCS IDs tab, click the [Add] button below the grid.

4. Click the Manufacturer dropdown and select the applicable OEM from the list.

5. Input the OEM-assigned DCS User ID.

6. Input the OEM-assigned User Login.

7. Input the User Password.

8. Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.
