The IMA (Inventory Management Analysis) Report provides a monthly overview of key inventory performance metrics for the dealership’s parts department.

Who uses this report? Parts Managers 

How It’s Used

  • Monitor Inventory Health
    • Tracks the total value of inventory on hand, including breakdowns for stock and non-stock parts.
    • Highlights parts with negative on-hand quantities, missing bin locations, or missing cost data.
  • Assess Inventory Turnover and Utilization
    • Measures how efficiently inventory is being used, including:  
      • True Turn (how often inventory is sold and replaced) 
      • Off-the-shelf fill percentage (how often parts are available to meet demand immediately) 
      • Stock order utilization (how much inventory is replenished through stock orders)
