How to Import Cores to a Core Parts Return VUE_Training

Parts > Management > Parts Returns

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Click [New] in the Action Ribbon.

2. Input the Vendor Number, Vendor Name and press Enter, or click the magnifying glass to search to open the Vendor Search window.

3. Inside the Vendor Search grid, Filter/Sort for the Vendor.

4. Click [Create].

5. Click in the Return Number field and edit, if needed.

6. Click in the Description field and edit, if needed.

7. Mark the Core Return box.

8. Click [Import Cores] in the Action Ribbon to open the Import Dirty Cores window.

9. Mark the check box to the left of the Part Number column heading to mark all dirty cores, or mark the check box next to individual part numbers.

10. Click [OK].

11. Click [Save] in the Action Ribbon.
