How to Cancel a Parts Returns

Parts > Management > Parts Returns

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Filter/Sort and select a Parts Return from the primary Parts Returns grid.

2. Click [Cancel Return] in the Action Ribbon.

· Based on the Status of the Parts Return below, the following will happen when [Cancel Return] is selected:

o Entered – Parts Return will be deleted and placed in Canceled status.

o Submitted – Parts Return change to Entered status
