How to Cancel a Parts Order VUE_Training

Parts > Management > Parts Order

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Filter/Sort the Primary Grid to locate the Parts Order with a status of Entered.

2. Select the Parts Order by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the Parts Order screen:

3. Inside a Parts Order with the Status of Entered, click [Cancel Order] in the Action Ribbon.

4. In the Part Order window, “Delete Parts Order?” select [Yes].

· The above will place the Parts Order in the Cancelled status and cannot be edited.

3. Inside a Parts Order with the Status of Placed, click [Cancel Order] in the Action Ribbon.

4. In the Part Order window, “Do you want to return this order to “Entered” status?”, select [Yes].
