Edit or Add a Rate Level

Navigate to Service > Maintenance > Rate Level

1. Select a code from the grid to edit an existing Rate Level or click on the [New] button in the Action Ribbon to create one.
2. If prompted, input the code of the new Rate Level and click the [Create] button.
3. Input the Description and the Hourly Rate.
4. Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.
