Hide/Un-Hide Social Security and Drivers License numbers

VUE is a permissions-driven system that tailors security access to suit each users needs.  Access to each menu item is managed by an Administrator at your dealership.  See the Help article on Roles and Permission to learn how.

Accounting > Maintenance > Employees

Individual employees may have permission enabled/ disabled in Accounting > Maintenance > Employees.

Within the Permissions Tab:

1. Click the Sales caret.

2. Click the F&I caret

3. Click the Prospects caret.

4. Click the Prospects box and reveal the sub Permission for Show SSN and DL.

5. Mark the checkbox for all that apply.

6. Click [Save] in the Action Ribbon.

A role may have this capability enabled so that any employee that has that role assigned will have this capability. See Editing a Role’s Permissions.

• All employee permissions default to hide Social Security and driver licenses numbers unless permission is granted.
