VUE is a permissions-driven system that tailors security access to suit each users needs.  Access to each menu item is managed by an Administrator at your dealership.  See the Help article on Roles and Permission to learn how.

The requirement to include a Hat Number on a Work Order is a company-wide default setting for each dealership.

• Set to YES means this field must be filled before Work Order printing is permitted. If the hat number is missing, an error message is displayed as a reminder.

• Set to NO allows printing the Work Order whether the Hat number is included or not.
