Once you have placed a Ford order in VUE or a RIM order is created by Ford and inserted into VUE, Ford ships the order in whole or in part. Receive the shipment and note the shipment number on the shipment invoice.
Navigate to Parts > Management > Parts Orders.
- Filter/ Search and Select the Parts Order.
- Hover over the Receive Parts button in the action Ribbon and select Browse.
- Input the Shipping Number and click the [Submit] button.
- Physical quantities are populated in the Parts Order Receive Parts window. Verify or edit the quantity and then click the [OK] button.
- Click the [Yes] button to post the received quantity and update the dealership's inventory.
