It includes key data such as VIN, Stock Number, Invoice Date, Date Arrived, Vehicle Cost, Days on Floorplan, APR, Daily Charges, and Rebate Amount. This report is designed to help dealerships track rebate earnings, monitor financing costs, and ensure accurate reconciliation with lender agreements. 

When to Use It: 

  • Rebate Verification: 
    Ideal for confirming rebate amounts earned from floorplan lenders based on inventory financing terms. 
  • Month-End and Audit Reconciliation: 
    Used to reconcile rebate income with accounting records and lender statements. 
  • Cash Flow Management: 
    Helps controllers and managers monitor rebate contributions to offset floorplan interest costs.

Note: You can filter by Company, Inventory Status (New, Used, or Both), Floorplan Lender, and override default settings for Free Days or APR. Sorting options include VIN for easy lookup.
