Flip the Camera in Inspection mode

Many smartphones and tablets use a variety of camera interfaces. On my Surface, there is a camera icon next to the dot/circle that you press to actually take the picture. When I press that camera icon, the camera flips to be the back camera. On my Android smartphone, the icon to flip to the other camera is two arrows circling a dot/circle.
