Filtering the Service Appointment Grid via Appointment Calendar

Service > Advisor > Appointment Calendar

· Multiple dropdowns can be used to further narrow the filter results.

Inside the Appointment Calendar screen:

1. Click the Filter By Dept dropdown.

2. Select either All, Service, Body Shop, or Quick Lube.

-and/or-

1. Click the Advisor dropdown.

2. Select an Advisor from the dropdown.

-and/or-

1. Click the Make dropdown.

2. Select a vehicle make from the dropdown.

-and/or-

1. Click the Technician dropdown.

2. Select a technician from the dropdown.
