Filling Pending Parts (Technician)

Service > Technician > Technician System

Click on the RO# hyperlink, or the caret on the far right of the Repair Order line to view the Repair Order.
Within the Technician RO screen:

Click the Op, Op Code, Pay Type, or Concern hyperlink to open the Repair Order Operation window.

Click the [Fill All Parts] button at the bottom of the window.

Click the [Complete] button at the bottom of the window.
-or-
Click the [Cancel] button at the bottom of the window.

This process is only applicable for Op Codes that are marked Tech Fill Pending Parts and have parts attached.
