F&I Stats Report

Details Products Sold for New and Used Vehicle by Deal Type per F&I Manager

The F&I Stats report details products sold per new and used vehicle by deal type for each F&I Manager over a selected period, presenting data either for the entire dealership or sorted by manager. It includes sections on retail data by financing type, penetration statistics, dealership gross income from contracts and products, and average gross income per non-cash deal. 

Frequency: Monthly

Who uses it: Controllers, Managers, and Dealer Principals

Why they use it: To track sales and review commissions on products and contracts sold.

Navigate to: Sales > Reports > F&I > F&I Stats

  • Standard: Will generate the data for the dealership independent of F&I Manager assigned to the deal. 
  • Sort by Manager: Will paginate the data per F&I Manager assigned to deals. 
  • Summary Detail from Report Parameters provides an option to view specifics on contracts and products sold in deals.
