F&I Manager Commission Report

Track Commission totals per F&I Manager

The F&I Manager Commissions report tracks the commission totals per F&I Manager on deals in which they are listed as the F&I Manager during the period during which the report is run.   

When to Use It:

  • Gathering details for each deal on which the F&I Manager is assigned including: Deal Date, Customer Name, Deal Number (as a hyperlink to the desk performed), Lender, Profit amounts (Commissionable and Back End)
  • Obtaining a list of commission amounts for the Sales Finance and items sold (Insurance, Service Contracts, Products, Spiffs) and  
  • Details of Total Commission, along with a Total for New and Used units.   

Note: The report is organized by F&I Manager; use the arrows at the top to navigate through each F&I Manager. 

Who Uses the F&I Commission Report, How Often, and Why

NOTE: In order for an F&I Manager to have Commission details in the report, the F&I Manager must be selected from Employees in a deal, and the F&I Manager must be assigned to a Commission schedule.
