Email Attached Documents (Service)

Service > Advisor > Repair Orders
Inside the Primary Grid:

Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the Repair Order.

Set the Master filter to Open or Closed.

Select the Repair Order by clicking on the corresponding line.
Within the Repair Order
- Hover over the [More] button in the Action Ribbon. Click on Attachments in the dropdown to open the Repair Order Attachments window.
- Click on the hyperlink of the Attachment to be emailed.
- When the PDF opens, click the Download icon.
- Choose the folder where the Attachment will be downloaded (if necessary), and click Save.
Within the Email Provider
- Create an email and enter the customer’s email address in the “To” field.
- Attach the downloaded attachment from the chosen folder. (This process may vary according to email provider)
- Send the email.
