Edit Taxes on an RO and/or Operation (Service)

Navigate to Service > Advisor > Repair Orders

To edit taxes to the entire Repair Order

  • Filter/search and select a Repair Order.

  • Click on the Taxes hyperlink.

  • Edit taxes as needed or click the [Add] button to add a tax.

  • Click [OK] to return to the RO.

To edit taxes to a specific Operation

  • Filter/search and select a Repair Order.

  • Click on an operation to open the Operational Detail window.

  • Click on the Taxes tab.

  • Click on the line to edit or click [Add Tax] to add.

    • Note that in order to edit Fees such as Taxes, Allow User Override must be set to Yes in Service > Maintenance > Fees.

  • Select a Tax from the Code field dropdown.

  • Click [OK] to return to the RO.
