Deleting Phone Numbers (Vendor Record)

Parts > Miscellaneous > Vendors

Sales > Miscellaneous > Vendors

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the Vendor record.

2. Select the Vendor by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within a Vendor Record:

3. Select the Phone Number hyperlink to open the Phone Number window.

4. Select the “X” at the end of the corresponding phone number.

5. Select the [Save] button in the window.

6. Select the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.

· If the phone number marked as Primary is deleted, then the phone number will not be displayed in the Vendor Record.
