Deleting an Automatic Entry Template

VUE is a permissions-driven system that tailors security access to suit each users needs.  Access to each menu item is managed by an Administrator at your dealership.  See the Help article on Roles and Permission to learn how.

Accounting > Maintenance > Automatic Entry Maintenance

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the journal’s automatic entries.

2. Select the journal by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the Automatic Entry Maintenance Screen:

3. Click the [Delete] button in the Action Ribbon to open the Delete Automatic Posting Entries window.

4. Click the [Yes] button to the prompt: “Are you sure you want to delete this journal’s automatic post entries?”
