Daily Closing Report
List of Closed Deals
The Daily Closing Report summarizes key metrics, including the number of new and used vehicles sold, total and average gross profit, finance and insurance (F&I) performance, lead traffic, and closing ratios.
Frequency: Daily or Weekly
Who uses it: Managers and Dealer Principals
Why they use it: To provide a clear, accurate snapshot of daily performance, identify issues early, and create a smooth handoff to accounting for financial reporting

Choose Parameters
This section clarifies the parameters outlined in this report. For additional details that apply to all reports, please refer to the Common Report Features article.

Report Type – Summary to generate in VUE, Export to generate an Excel spreadsheet.
Customer Class – Select specifically to generate report information based on the type of customer – Retail, Commercial, Fleet, or Wholesale. All is the default. Multiples can be selected.
New/Used - Select specifically to generate report information on New or Used vehicles. All is the default.
