The Customer List Report provides a comprehensive listing of customers in the dealership’s system, including details such as Customer Name, Contact Information, Customer Number, Customer Since Date, Tax Exempt Status, and Accounts Receivable (AR) Status. This report is designed to help users manage customer records, verify account details, and support operational and compliance needs. 

When to Use It: 

  • Customer Account Review: 
    Ideal for verifying customer information, AR status, and tax exemption details. 
  • Audit and Compliance: 
    Used during audits to confirm customer records and ensure proper documentation for tax and AR compliance. 
  • Marketing and Outreach: 
    Helpful for generating lists of active customers for campaigns or communications.

Note: 
You can filter by Company, Customer Class, Active/Inactive, AR Only, Tax Exempt, and sort by Customer Number or other criteria. Output options include View or Export for flexible reporting.
