Creating/Adding Skill Set Level

 

Service > Maintenance > Skill Sets

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the Skill Set.

2. Select a Skill Set by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the Skill Sets screen:

1. Click the [Add] button to add a line to the Skill Set Levels grid.

2. Click the Code field within the grid.

3. Input the Code for the Skill Set Level.

4. Click the Description field within the grid.

5. Input the description of the Skill Set Level.

6. Click the Rate Level field within the grid to display the dropdown.

7. Select a Rate Level for the Skill Set Level from the dropdown.

8. Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.

• Once created, Skill Set Levels can be attached to Technicians via the Employee screen.
