Creating/Adding a Customer to a Repair Order

Service > Advisor > Repair Orders

Inside the Primary Grid:

  1. Select the [New] button in the Action Ribbon.

Within the Repair Order screen:

  1. Click the Customer hyperlink to open the Customer Details window.

  2. Input the customer’s information.

  3. Select the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.
