Creating Prospect Statuses

VUE is a permissions-driven system that tailors security access to suit each users needs.  Access to each menu item is managed by an Administrator at your dealership.  See the Help article on  Roles and Permission to learn how.

Sales > Maintenance > Miscellaneous > Default Settings

Inside the Default Settings screen:

1. Select the Prospect Status tab.

2. Click the [Add] button at the bottom of the screen.

3. Input the name of the Prospect Status in the field.

4. Click the [Add] button.

5. Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.

• Once added, Prospect Statuses can be updated or deleted by selecting the custom pricing and editing it to the right of the list.
