Creating Preset Messages VUE Messaging

Service > Advisor > Repair Orders
Inside the Primary Grid:

Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the Repair Order.

Select the Repair Order by clicking on the corresponding line.
Within the Repair Order screen:

Select either “Text” or “Email” in the [Notify By] dropdown.

Select the Text Box icon to open the Customer Communication window.

Select the Plus icon next to the Preset Message field.

Select the Item Type from the dropdown that the Preset message will be referencing.

Click into the Title field and type in a title name.

Click into the Subject field and type in a subject heading.

Click into the Body field and type in the message to be used.

Select the [Save] button.

Preset messages will be available in Customer Messages and Customer Communications windows.
