Creating Fixed Entries (Vehicle Sales Maintenance)

VUE is a permissions-driven system that tailors security access to suit each users needs.  Access to each menu item is managed by an Administrator at your dealership.  See the Help article on Roles and Permission to learn how.

Accounting > Maintenance > Vehicle Sales Maintenance

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Click the [Fixed Entries] button in the Action Ribbon.

Within the Vehicle Sales Maintenance Screen:

2. Click the [Add] button.

3. Click in the Description field and input the description of the Fixed Entry.

4. Mark the applicable checkboxes.

5. Click the [Save] button.
