Creating an Appointment via the Appointment Schedule screen

Service > Advisor > Appointment Schedule

Inside the Appointments screen:

  1. Select the [New] button in the Action Ribbon.

  2. Fill in any applicable fields.

  3. Select the [Quick Add] or [Add] button.

  4. Input an OpCode, Concern, Technician, Account Code, and Labor Hours, where applicable.

  5. Select the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.
