Creating a We Owe (Products)

VUE is a permissions-driven system that tailors security access to suit each users needs.  Access to each menu item is managed by an Administrator at your dealership.  See the Help article on  Roles and Permission to learn how.

Sales > Maintenance > Sales > Products

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Click the [New] button in the Action Ribbon.

2. Input the Product Code in the field.

3. Click the [Create] button.

4. Click the Description field and input the product description.

5. Click the Commissioned dropdown and select Yes.

6. Click the Profit dropdown and select Vehicle.

7. Click the User Override dropdown and select Yes.

8. Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.

• To create a We Owe a Price must be defined and Profit must be set to Vehicle.
