Creating a Standard Concern

Service > Maintenance > Standard Concern

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Click the [New] button in the Action Ribbon.

2. Input the new Concern Code in the field.

3. Click the [Create] button.

4. Click the Record Type dropdown.

5. Select the Record type from the dropdown.

6. Click the Description field and input the standard concern verbiage.

7. Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.
