Creating a Schedule

VUE is a permissions-driven system that tailors security access to suit each users needs.  Access to each menu item is managed by an Administrator at your dealership.  See the Help article on Roles and Permission to learn how.

Accounting > Maintenance > Schedule Maintenance

· Schedules cannot be edited or created while two periods are open.

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Click the [New] button in the Action Ribbon.

Within the Schedule Maintenance Screen:

2. Input the Schedule number.

3. Input the Description.

4. Click the Schedule Type dropdown and select a schedule type.

5. Click the Balance Type dropdown and select a balance type.

6. Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.
