      Creating a Sales Desk from a Prospect

      Sales > F&I > Prospects

      Inside the Primary Grid:

      1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the Prospect.

      2. Select the Prospect by clicking on the corresponding line.

      Within the Prospect record:

      1. Select the Plus icon to the right of the Desk field.

      • A new tab will open and the newly created Sales Desk will be displayed.
