Creating a Rate Level (Skill Sets)

Service > Maintenance > Rate Levels

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Click the [New] button in the Action Ribbon.

2. Input the Rate Level code in the field.

3. Click the [Create] button.

4. Click the Description field and input the Rate Level description.

5. Click the Hourly Rate field and input the dollar amount of the Rate Level.

6. Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.
