Creating a New Skill Set

Service > Maintenance > Skill Sets

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Click the [New] button in the Action Ribbon.

2. Input the new Skill Set Code in the field.

3. Click the [Create] button.

4. Click the Description field and input the Skill Set description.

5. Click the Rate Level dropdown.

6. Select a Rate Level for the Skill Set from the dropdown.

7. Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.
