Creating a New Parts Inventory Parts Type

Parts > Maintenance > Parts Inventory Parts Type

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Click [New] in the Action Ribbon to open the New Part Type window.

2. Input the description for the new Part Type.

3. Click [Create].

Within the Parts Inventory Parts Type screen:

4. Click the Type Class dropdown and select.

5. Input the Inventory Account Number and press Enter, or click the magnifying glass to open the Account Number Search window.

6. Within the Account Number Search grid, Filter/Sort and select the Account Number.

7. Click [Save] in the Action Ribbon.
