Creating a Lost Sale for a Part Number

Parts > Counter > Parts Inventory
Inside the Primary Grid:
1. Filter/Sort and select part number to create the lost sale.
Within the Part Record:
2. Click [Lost Sale] in the Action Ribbon to open the Lost Sales window.
3. Input the quantity of lost sales parts in the field.
4. Click [Submit].
5. Click [Save] in the Action Ribbon.
· To correct a lost sale quantity, use the same steps as listed above, and input the correct quantity followed by a dash (-).
