Creating a Deal Posting Template

VUE is a permissions-driven system that tailors security access to suit each users needs.  Access to each menu item is managed by an Administrator at your dealership.  See the Help article on Roles and Permission to learn how.

Accounting > Maintenance > Vehicle Sales Maintenance

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Click the [New] button in the Action Ribbon.

Within the Vehicle Sales Maintenance Screen:

2. Input the Posting Template name.

3. Click the Type dropdown and select either Certified, Fleet, Lease, Remarketed, Retail, Wholesale, or the default blank option.

∟ Blank indicates all Types.

4. Click the OEM dropdown and select an OEM that is listed, or the default blank option.

∟ Blank represents all OEMs.

5. Use the tabs on the left, to Add Vehicles, Trades, Rebates, Fees, Taxes, Service Contracts, Products, Lenders, Insurance, Commission, and additional Fixed Entries (if any). 

6. Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.
