Creating a Customer (From Cash and Bank)

Accounting > Cash and Bank > Manual Checks
For users with multiple banks and/or accounts
Inside the Bank Selection Screen:
1. Select a bank from the Banks list.
2. Select a bank account from the Accounts list.
3. Click the [Continue] button.
Within the Manual Checks Screen:
4. Click the Payee hyperlink to open the Payee Details window.
5. Input the customer’s information.
∟ A last name is required in order to save.
6. Click the Class dropdown and select either Retail, Fleet, or Wholesale.
7. Click the [Save] button.
For users with only one bank and one account
Within the Manual Checks Screen:
1. Click the Payee hyperlink to open the Payee Details window.
2. Input the customer’s information.
∟ A Last Name is required in order to save.
3. Click the [Save] button.
