Creating a Buyer’s Guide Template

Sales > Vehicles > Vehicle Inventory

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the vehicle.

2. Select the vehicle by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the Vehicle record:

3. Hover over the [More] icon in the Action Ribbon.

4. Select the Buyer’s Guide option from the dropdown to open the Buyer’s Guide window.

5. Input any and all information needed for the Buyer’s Guide.

6. Click the [Save As] button at the bottom of the window.

7. Enter the Template Name.

• Once saved, the Buyer’s Guide will be added to the Template dropdown in the Buyer’s Guide window. This template can be re-used in the future as needed.
