Create a Position (Payroll)

Payroll > Maintenance > Company Information

  1. Select a Company from the grid.

  2. Click on the Department & Position tab.

  3. Positions are listed in the Positions block. Click the [Add Position] button below the block.

  4. Use the dropdown to select a Dealership Company.

  5. Input a Position Name and Description.

  6. For states that require it, click on the Find SOC Codes hyperlink and select an SOC code.

  7. Confirm that the position is Active by marking the checkbox.

  8. Click the [Save] button.
