Copying a Product

VUE is a permissions-driven system that tailors security access to suit each user's needs. Access to each menu item is managed by an Administrator at your dealership. See the Help article on Roles and Permissions to learn how.

How do you copy a product in VUE?

To copy a product in VUE, navigate to Sales > Maintenance > Sales > Products, select the product you want to copy, click the Copy button, enter a new description, then click Create and Save.

How do you locate the product in the Primary Grid?

1. Filter or sort the primary grid to locate the product.

2. Select a product by clicking on the corresponding line.

Double-click the selected product to open the Products screen.

How do you copy the product on the Products screen?

1. Click the Copy button in the Action Ribbon.

2. Enter the new scenario default description.

3. Click the Create button.

4. Click the Save button in the Action Ribbon.
